Go Presence is a new initiative resulting from a partnership between Telin and Arkadin, one of the largest Unified Communications and Collaboration Service Providers in the world. It is targeted to multinational corporations and business partners spanning 52 countries in five continents.
With Go Presence, users are able to conduct a clear-voice, long-distance presentation with all audio conferencing participants as a result of clear channel Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). Participants only pay a local charge when dialing the Toll Free or local numbers from their own countries. The web conferencing capabilities enable attendees to collaborate on shared documents and presentations from all remote locations. Go Presence can accommodate up to 100 participants in each conference.
“As Telkom’s international arm for international businesses, Telin commits to always deliver the best service to customers, which is accomplished by continuous innovations in products and services development. Go Presence supports this promise and reinforces the value provided by Telin in the Asia Pacific region,” said CEO, Syarif Syarial Ahmad.
Go Presence is the first service of Telkom Group in Indonesia to serve the audio conferencing and long distance collaboration needs of its enterprise customers. As an alternative to Permata, a domestic audio conferencing service owned by Telkom, it offers faster speeds and a wider reach to 52 countries.
As the biggest network provider in Indonesia servicing Telecommunication, Information, Media, Edutainment, Services (TIMES), Telkom Group is able to offer the global audio and web conferencing solutions for both local and multinational companies in Indonesia.
Executive Vice President, Managing Director of Arkadin Asia Pacific, Mr. Serge Genetet, has also stated his appreciation for the partnership: “Partnering with Telin is an important milestone for Arkadin in our quest to provide multinational companies in Indonesia with the highest quality Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions, coupled with a premium support experience.”
